DIY - Name Plaque Kit

You will receive this full kit in raw wood for a custom Name sign.  

Plaque measures 11" x 11", and comes as 3D, 3 layers. Back layer is scored. Middle layer is frame and a cut out initial. Top layer is 4 round "tabs" and the name specified by you at checkout. 

Please, note that you will be receiving RAW WOOD to customize this plaque yourself. All wood has many different colors and textures.
